To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear or damage from use may not be eligible.
2. Timeframe for Exchange Requests

Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted for exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged for hygiene and quality reasons, including: gift cards, items marked as final sale, and personalized or customized products. These restrictions help us maintain quality for all customers.
4. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@bobochi.in with your order number, the item you'd like in exchange (size/color), and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
5. Exchange Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of the exchange. If approved, we will dispatch the replacement item as requested (subject to availability). We aim to process exchanges promptly; actual dispatch times depend on stock and logistics.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item). Any shipping-related fees will be communicated clearly when your exchange is arranged.
